1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of ArcnViz ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ArcnViz is operated by Naimur Rahaman Baidya, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
2. Services
ArcnViz provides 3D architectural visualization services including:
- Photorealistic interior rendering
- Exterior architectural rendering
- 3D walkthrough animations
- Real estate CGI and marketing visuals
- Concept visualization
- Photogrammetry services
- Post-production and video editing
3. Project Terms
3.1 Quotations: All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment Terms:
- 50% advance payment required before project commencement
- Remaining 50% due upon final delivery
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, or as mutually agreed
3.3 Revisions:
- Number of revisions included as per project agreement
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
- Major design changes after approval may be treated as a new project
3.4 Delivery:
- Timeline agreed upon before project start
- Delays caused by late client feedback or material may extend delivery
- Final files delivered in agreed formats (JPEG, PNG, MP4, etc.)
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights to the final delivered visuals for their intended purpose.
4.2 Portfolio Rights: ArcnViz reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Source Files: 3D source files (scenes, models, textures) remain the property of ArcnViz unless explicitly purchased separately.
4.4 Client Materials: Clients retain ownership of all materials provided (CAD files, plans, references). We do not share these with third parties.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information, drawings, and references
- Provide timely feedback during the revision process
- Ensure they have rights to any designs/materials provided to us
- Make payments according to agreed schedule
6. Cancellation & Refunds
6.1 Client Cancellation:
- Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- Cancellation after work begins: Refund based on work completed
- No refund after final delivery
6.2 ArcnViz Cancellation: We reserve the right to decline or cancel projects. In such cases, a prorated refund will be issued for work not completed.
7. Limitation of Liability
ArcnViz shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client
- Use of our visuals for purposes other than those agreed upon
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client projects and materials as confidential. We will not share project details, designs, or proprietary information with third parties without written consent.
9. Communication
By contacting us, you agree to receive project-related communications via email, WhatsApp, or phone. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
